　　记者3日从最高人民检察院获悉，在有关部门的配合下，最高检已就建立审查逮捕讯问犯罪嫌疑人和听取律师意见制度、完善刑事立案监督机制、完善侦查活动监督的程序和措施、建立对搜查、扣押、冻结等强制性侦查措施的监督机制，起草了四项改革规定。

　　据了解，四项规定完善了中国特色侦查监督制度，是深入推进三项重点工作的重要途径，在完善诉讼结构的同时，为增强审查逮捕机制的科学性、提高逮捕质量提供了重要保障。
